Fine Comfort provides you with all your residential heating and cooling needs. We install highly efficient reliable systems, repair your 30-year-old system, and we provide air quality control. We have two local warehouses in York County where we keep all parts needed for your repairs 24/7. We work on Oil, Propane, Natural Gas, and Electric.
Commercial
We make it our goal to keep your business thriving during the harsh winters and brutal hot summers. We provide service plans and maintenance plans for rooftop units, boilers, chillers and more.
Refrigeration
We’re the company to call to keep your products cold. Fine comfort works on all types of refrigerants providing top of the line service with excellent maintenance plans as well. We work on systems as small as little walk in freezers to ammonia plant warehouses.
DC Inverter Heat Pumps & Mini Splits
At Benna Construction Services LLC, we install highly efficient heat pumps that turn AC current into DC current. This system can provide efficient heating in temperatures as low as -22 degrees Fahrenheit. These systems can be ducted or wall hung.
Maintenance & Repairs
Fine Comfort runs 24/7 emergency service calls to make sure you are safe and comfortable. We provide Quarterly, Annual, and Semi-Annual maintenance plans that come with discounts on repairs as well.
